My name is Shannon Lawrence and I serve as the secretary for NCRA. I also serve on the board for my local reading council GCRA (Greater Cabarrus Reading Association). I am an AIG teacher at W.R. Odell Elementary School in Cabarrus County and will be entering my 20th year of teaching this fall. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my husband Ryan and our two children Carrigan (10th grade) and Noah (5th grade). Some of my favorite activities are cooking, reading, exercising, attending church, going out on our boat and relaxing by the pool.
