Information for Membership Chairs
To be in “good standing,” a council must have a minimum of 20 members, three officers and must hold at least three local meetings. A council in “good standing” must complete the following steps by December 31 in order to qualify for council awards.
Submit new and renewing members ONLINE monthly through December 31 (August 31, September 30, October 31, November 30, and December 31) along with mailing in the dues.
Continue reporting members throughout the fiscal year using the same process.
Goal 1: To award membership incentives to the local council that increases membership using the total presented at the January Board Meeting, 2021 as the basis to determine growth. The council with the highest percentage of growth from last year will be inducted into the President’s Club and receive special recognition (certificate) and $50.00.
Goal 2: To award a membership incentive award of $50.00 and certificate to the local council with the largest number of new NCRA members.
Goal 3: To award membership recognition to local councils with Membership Club Levels. These local councils will be recognized on the NCRA Website and with a certificate.
Councils with 200+ members = Diamond/Platinum Club Level
Councils with 150-199 members = Gold Club Level
Councils with 100-149 members = Silver Club Level
Councils with 50-99 members = Bronze Club Level
